CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment a 50% (of your service) non refundable deposit must be made this will come off your total service . Please remove all makeup prior to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill in all consent forms and 5 minutes for all other appointment. Rescheduling or cancelations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancelling & rescheduling less than 48 hours to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, you will need to rebook and your deposit will be forfeited. No shows will result in 50% of the service booked.
